Remake.

Bon soir all. I have decided to recreate my blog into something of far more interest and hopefully improve my writing skills. I am going to make it less about me and more of topics of disscusion, after all I am not that interesting. So in the world of the planet earth today I have browsed through debating topics and have come across the whole plastic surgery debate. I personally think surgeons should be to heal and not to make people look good and we should love the skin we're in, I know that may be the most cliché phrase ever but I totally follow it.

'You only live once'- I think I say this phrase about four times a day, it's true though. An oppurtunity no matter how big or small should be taken up as fast as you can say life. Get rid of grudges, what's the point wasting time over silly little arguements, you don't need to love the person, just be civil. If you have something to say or an opinion, don't hold back, there is no point. What I'm trying to say here is all you guys should be postive, I think I'm in love with positivity now and you guys should too. As cheesy I may sound it's the truth.

Better last post I would say. Au revoir my bloggers and I will see you when I return from my travels x

Sorry for the randomness, but this lookalike is far to true and funny to keep to myself.

Bang, bang, bang.

Hey, let's be a major cliché. The suns out! But not so much in a cliché that I would sit at my window sill staring into the fields as 1. my view is a house 2. my window sill is extremely hard to sit on. Anyway, I've been to rockness, fancy seeing what I wore? mmmm'kay.

I apologies for my non-blogging. I've been mega busy! Okay now what has caught my mind this week is my new love for mark ronson. Well it isn't new, i loved him before then he annoyed me, but his new song is so good.

the video reminds me of Julian Casablancas' 11th Dimension in some areas, although I think Warren Fu directed this too, correct me if I'm wrong.

Bang, bang, bang. Man it's catchy. Yesterday I done double denim, I never thought I would do this or get it right but I'm pretty chuffed with myself. Seriously, I'm boring right now, I'm going to leave you guys this is making me sad at the fact my brain cannot form sentences that will be remotely interesting. So I'm going to go, I'm going to Belgium on Sunday and then new york so most likely I won't blog for a while, grrr the last one had to be a bad one...

On the plus side maybe be travels can bring news to you guys, hopefully because I've probably bored you enough...

I Blame Me.

I've never been as obsessed with a song since 11th Dimension by Julian Casablancas, which is still on going may I say, but Caesar by I Blame Coco is an AMAZING song. It even features Robyn, remember her? Anyway the band's front woman is Coco Summer, she's stings daughter, but don't let that make you think, oh she's only famous because of her dad. She's not but she is v. cool.

She also has amazing style, I wish I could dress like that but I lack the attitude. So I'll stick to my mixed prints, dresses, skirts and baseball boots for now. Speaking of baseball boots I just got delivered the latest asos magazine. Seriously this has to be the best issue yet, it even beats the Florence Welch style one because there is a big fat article on Julian Casablancas, mmmmmmm. Seriously he has to be the coolest (and hottest) man alive look:

Asos- 'How would you describe your style?'
Julian- 'I guess you want to go on the edge without crossing it. Something that looks cool on stage but you can also pull of in a bar.'

also the strokes basically created the staple of skinny jeans and converse, did you know that?

Asos- 'How did it feel to inspire other people's style with The Strokes' uniform skinny jeans and converse?'
Julian- 'It's weird if someone is dressing exactly like you, but if someone takes it to the next level it then I think that's cool.'

Does that mean he thinks I'm cool cause I wear my converse with skirts and dresses? Oh i do hope so.

Although this is the only outfit he ever seems to wear these days, it's cool and he's allowed. I mean just look at the jacket, the jacket which he bought for $20 for a thrift store.

Wow this is getting me so hyped up for Rockness. I mean I'm away to see him in person format mmmm. I'm sorry if I bore you with my Rockness talk but you guys must realise this is my favourite band of all time that I am about to see and one of their first gigs since 2006. Now do you get why I'm so excited?

Before I descend into a long daydream of Jules and the boys I will stop.

I'm still contemplating what to wear to Rockness though, should I go get my wellies customised? Or should I buy big boots, I mean like hard boots y'know that 90's grunge look? Then should I wear shorts or is that to festival cliché? The possibilities are endless but I will end them, if you guys (all three of you) have any ideas to what my outfit should be or what your perfect outfit would be, please tell me, it would be greatly appreciated. x

my book is looking.

Cheap cheap.

Wow I am extremely pleased with myself. Why? I recently bought a top, a bag and a belt for £2 each. Where? I hear you gasp. Not Primark in all its badly designed glory, but a very nice vintage boutique. Here is the top and bag:

Pretty nifty eh? Anyway. My nails are constantly painted red, I think its silly to have an 'in' nail colour. I mean whats that all about? I have red on my nails because i like it. Not because the magazines told me to. To be honest (I could of used 'tbh' but I'm deciding to write formally for you guys) I don't really follow trends, I buy something cause I like it. Shouldn't we all? It's our clothes, therefore our decision. Express yourselves everyone! In the most uncheesey way I could say that.

'Be right back, art revision.'

Back. I think my two favourite prints are spots and floral. When I say dots, I mean polka dots, you can't go wrong with them and Luella have designed some pretty good pieces for this season may I say. I mean if anyone wants to give me this outfit I'll be more than greatful.

Rockness is 11 days away. I can just imagine it now, the strokes, sun (possibly) and my cool outfit which I am yet to buy. I'm thinking vintage with woolly socks and customised wellies. Oh and cool sunglasses of course. WOW I'M EXCITED.

Anyway I'm about to do more art so see you guys at a later date. A later date with my festival outfit. Can't wait. x
